Failures in a shotgun all feel different and each one has its own fix. The problem is most people only practice shooting and never clearing issues. If you have not trained it, you are not going to handle it well under pressure.

I really need more experience behind a shotgun, but my Remington and Mossberg just never seem to want to jam. I seem to have the only ATI on earth that works too... OH, I got it, I'll just shoot low brass in it, I'll get plenty of jams then! LOL.
No, seriously, don't use birdshot in an ATI... it says so right on the barrel!

There will be no shotgun shooting for a wile for me. My shoulder is done for. Recent MRI shows a lot of tears especially in the rotator cuff area. A couple of weeks ago the 870 and my new 7.62X39 got a little workout but for me, it was catastrophic. Shoulder been bothering me a bit, but now, bicep torn from bone and multiple tears will keep the long guns cleaned and in the safe for a while now.

For real, wanted to take the new Super Redhawk out for a bang-bang with some 300-grain slugs. Not happening.

I took my G23 out last weekend with the AR7 and while the 7 was a ball and didn't bother me at all the 23 was beating me to death. Came home, poured a scalding hot tub and drowned myself for a while. Took a few days for the should to feel better. This totally blows.
