Are there any M-1 Garand fanboys in here?

I recently got my hands on a minty one that had been refurbished in the 50s and parked in a gun safe for 60 years. None of the serials match, but all the parts are as new, it came with a good condition bayonet and 500 rounds of ammo in clips. I have a thing for vintage weapons.

Not a "fanboy" but I have some garands…fun shooters. Shooting them at the CMP in Anniston is a special treat

My one and only Garrand came from CMP in 1996. Delivered to my door for $600. Service Grade. Oh how things have changed.
