At what point does the accuracy start to dip enough for you to think about replacing a barrel? Also, how many rounds did you fire before making that call? Please share the caliber and its intended use too!
 
With my 5.56 SPR build which I use for precision tasks, I began to see my groups widening around the 8k-9k round mark. Up until then, I was consistently shooting sub-MOA but it slowly crept up to about 1.5 MOA. Since this rifle is intended for shots over 600 yards, that change in accuracy prompted me to replace it.

I presume same ammo, similarly warmed barrel, same approximate environmental conditions,.....
 
I don’t shoot as much as I used to, but have never experienced a dramatic decrease in accuracy in any of my rifles… and that’s for almost 60 years of shooting.
