I’m a newbie to the gun world compared to some of you here. I started with handguns, but then I really got into rifles and I can’t seem to get enough. When I’m not practicing at the indoor range, I like to venture out to the rural areas to test my aim beyond 100 yards

Welcome newbie! 100 yards is great. Wait till you are shooting out to 1000 yards!

Two calibers to get you into the "Whatwasthat?!" zone, 300 WM and 8MM Mauser, following that, 30-06 and 308. I like my problems at a distance.
