Got a camp favorite? a sweetheart on the grill? Let's have a recipe!

I'm fond of Dutch oven beans, slow-simmered from around noon to dark, in a 2-gallon pot. Add 5 cups of pinto beans, about a cup of minced onion, 1 can of beer, and a ham hock. The next day, you can add rice, and you have a hearty soup.
