Hi all. I consider myself pretty lucky because I've got access to so much WMA land for shooting. But some days it feels like I’m out there looking for new spots way more than I’m actually firing off rounds. Anyone else out there making the most of public land for their shoots

Sounds like you’ve got some amazing access out there. Finding those hidden gems can really feel like a quest, but it’s so rewarding when you do. It’s pretty awesome to see so many people here making the most of our public lands, too. We’re really glad to have you with us!

When I am able to, Wilson Shoals WMA has a great outdoor range. Features a 100 yd rifle range and a 25 yd pistol range, both with plenty of lanes. My problem is that it is 50+ miles away.

I have the same problem, John's Mountain is a 70 mile round trip!
