Between the Legion, MK25, Elite, and X five. Which one is the most worth it?

Seems like you're leaning to the Sig world, except if by the Elite as not sure which Elite you mean. One thing about all of these are that they are heavier guns and rather expensive comparatively speaking. You can get 9mm's as good but cheaper and lighter in other brands if carrying it is a concern in your thoughts. Toting a big heavy gun is not at times. But, back to your question, if I were to have my druther from your list I would go with the P320 X-Five Legion. Top of the heap in all categories.

When you say Legion, which one? There are many. Also there are more than one XFive... with their prices being vastly different between something like the XFive P320 and the XFive P226 (about double price for the latter). And... there's more than one Elite too.
